A Marquez Knolls rebuild that adds a walk-out basement.
The one-story Marquez Knolls house lost in the 2025 Palisades Fire had 1,810 square feet, four bedrooms, and three baths. Its replacement keeps a similar layout within the 110 percent rebuild rule and adds a 1,200-square-foot walk-out basement, for 3,200 square feet in all. Coastal forms get clean lines and generous glass. The exterior is stucco under a metal roof.
