A two-story, 3,928-square-foot house on Aderno Way in Pacific Palisades, replacing a one-story, 1,760-square-foot house lost in the 2025 Palisades Fire. It has four bedrooms and three and a half baths, plus a 568-square-foot basement with a fifth bedroom and bath. The open plan is modern; stucco and metal roofing resist fire.
