A fire rebuild on the Pacific Riviera Plan H concept.
This Malibu house, lost in the 2025 Palisades Fire, is rebuilt at its original 2,210 square feet on the Pacific Riviera Plan H concept. The split-level original had four bedrooms and two and a half baths; the new plan has three bedrooms and three and a half baths, with an open layout and fire-resistant materials. Drawings go to the Sunset Mesa Architectural Review Board, then to Los Angeles County.
