Synapse Medical Office Building and ASC

A 31,000-square-foot all-steel medical office building occupies a one-acre site in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. EcoSteel was selected to provide the steel structure, insulated metal panel system, and light-gauge steel framing, delivered to the site as a kit of parts. The building includes a 7,200-square-foot ambulatory surgery center with three operating rooms and more than 15 pre- and post-op beds.
