The Annex is a 16,000-square-foot food hall in The Collection at RiverPark in Oxnard, with roughly a dozen microshops, boutiques, and food and beverage tenants. Serrao Architecture was design architect and Architect of Record for the food-hall concept and for the tenant-improvement buildout of every space. Businesses are not separated by walls; the plan combines bar-front eating with common-area seating.
