A design concept for a two-story chapter house at 12 Fraternity Lane in Baton Rouge, replacing the existing one. The 12,670-square-foot plan sleeps 35. A dining hall for more than 70, served by a commercial-grade kitchen, hosts chapter events and daily meals, alongside a game room, a living room, and a library.
