Bridge Street Town Centre spreads 2.1 million square feet over 100 acres around a 10-acre man-made lake: shops, restaurants, a 14-plex cinema, a hotel, and three six-story office buildings.
The retail draws on Tuscany and Provence, wrapping contemporary storefronts in old-world facades. Phase 1 cost $289 million.
