Serrao Architecture was the first firm to secure permits for a full single-family residential project, spanning 2,400 square feet, in the Sunset Mesa area of Los Angeles County following the Palisades fire. The project is currently under construction.

 Serrao Architecture was one of the first firms to secure permits for a full single-family residential (SFR) project, spanning 3,600 square feet, in the Alphabet Streets of Pacific Palisades, following the Palisades fire. The project is currently under construction.

Serrao Architecture is currently in plan check for a new 4,100 square foot single fmaily home which also includes an 800 square foot basement ADU.  The project is located next to the famous Bel Air Bay Club.
